Believe it or not, our bodies actually crave certain things when they are deficient in particular nutrients, so we can actually use those cravings to figure out what our bodies need! And once you figure that out, and make sure to add more of those necessary nutrients into your diet, your cravings will crumble like the potato chips at the bottom of the bag, making your life, and your new, healthy lifestyle, a little easier... And who wouldn't want that!? Since I can't get my hands on one of those "easy buttons", I will take what I can get.
