Ingredients: 1 red dragonfruit, 1 mango, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1/4 cup passionfruit, 1 small red beet, dried coconut, 1/2 cup dried unsweetened coconut, 1/4 cup chopped pistachios. Optional fresh fruit.
- Place 1 red dragonfruit, 1 mango, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1/4 cup passionfruit, and 1 small red beet in your Blendtec blender.
- Pulse on high for about 20-30 seconds or until smooth.
- Divide the smoothie evenly between 2 bowls.
- Garnish with 1/2 cup dried unsweetened coconut and 1/4 cup chopped pistachios. Additional chopped fresh fruit is optional.
