Ingredients: 4 bananas, 1 1/2 cups chilled coconut cream, 1 cup assorted berries.
- Cut 4 bananas into small sections and freeze overnight. Chill coconut cream in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
- Place the bananas and chilled coconut cream in a blender and pulse until smooth.
